Who We Are

Michael Pierre

I was born in Germany and grew up in the South of France. I trained in France as a children’s facilitator, specializing in Socio-Cultural, Nature, and Environmental Education. In 2007, life brought me together with my beloved wife, Yasmín, and we began our journey in Tenerife. There, we spent the first few years exploring sustainable living: for 2.5 years, we managed a piece of land where we gained hands-on experience in organic agriculture, permaculture, and bioconstruction.

Over the years, my work has grown to encompass international sustainable projects, team leadership, and property management, always rooted in connection with nature and community. I love bridging cultures, guiding newcomers, designing and planting creative gardens, channeling water through land and buildings like in Flowforms, and preserving the biodiversity of flowers, fruits, and fragrances through tree nurseries and seed banks.

My approach combines practical skills and a deep sense of service: I enjoy sharing knowledge in languages (German, French, Spanish, English, Portuguese), playing and engaging with children, mentoring teams, and creating spaces that foster wellness, learning, and harmony.

I am committed to growing within a stable, supportive community, where love, abundance, and collaboration can flourish. Along the way, I continue learning patience, trusting in the right timing, and nurturing my own personal growth to offer myself fully in service, stewardship, and meaningful connection with both people and the natural world.

Yasmín Rei-Kyo

Born into this world in 1972, my parents named me Yasmín. My spiritual name, “Rei-Kyo,” meaning “Pure Mirror of the Soul,” was given to me by my Zen master in 1996 when I got ordained Bodhisattva in the Soto Zen tradition. This name reminds me to live with empathy, simplicity, and compassion, always striving to follow my soul’s purpose.

I studied Fine Arts and Performing Arts, later exploring Art Therapy, Yoga, Qigong, Dance Therapy, and Energy Healing. I began working as a therapist at a young age, combining manual therapy with energy work. Over the years, I expanded into Gestalt therapy, shamanism, and plant medicine, deepening my understanding of both this world and parallel realities.

In 2000, I met Amma, the hugging saint, a remarkable being whose Presence in my life strengthened my resolve to embody love in action. Through her, in 2007, I  met my soulmate, Michael Pierre, and in 2008 she performed for us a beautiful wedding ceremony. That same year, we founded the NGO “The School of Creative Consciousness”, focusing on sustainable living and human evolution. We worked on various projects, including an embryo of ecovillage in Tenerife, a Permaculture forest in Costa Rica, and in 2016 we bought a farm in Bajamar, Tenerife: Finca Luz Serena, a damaged piece of land previously used as a dumping place which we transformed into a thriving biodiversity hub and center for holistic transformation.

Pretty exhausted of so much work and responsibility over our shoulders, we sold Luz Serena in 2023, and we moved to La Vera valley, in mainland Spain. In 2024, we bought a big house in Viandar de la Vera to turn it into a Healing Center. Here, we continue to nourish sustainable projects and offer therapies, striving to work in harmony with the environment and creating a space for healing and transformation.

 Our shared dream since we met has been to either create or join an Ecovillage, to fully live in coherence and integrity with Nature and our beloved brothers and sisters and to be able to thrive within the blessing of a meaningful community.

As a therapist I developed my own method, fruit of my 27 years of experience, called “The Quantum Leap Method” and I offer sessions either in person or online to help people to break through theirs blockages and limitations and embrace the next level of their own evolution.
